Candidate information sent to SECURIX or to SECURIX employees without a prior written request from SECURIX and without a validly concluded framework agreement is deemed to have been provided free of charge. It gives rise to no claim to a fee, placement fee, commission, candidate ownership or any other obligation. This applies regardless of the submitting agency’s own terms and conditions.
SECURIX expressly rejects any attempt to impose an agency’s own terms and conditions, fee claims or other contractual obligations on SECURIX by unilaterally submitting candidate information.
Recruiters, recruitment agencies and executive search firms wishing to work with SECURIX must first obtain written authorisation from Shilpa Shekar. Submissions without such authorisation will not be considered and will not be acknowledged.
