SECURIX Developed Product

IGA Starter Package

A standardized entry into identity governance that automates joiner, mover and leaver processes, provisioning and access approvals, with a production-ready baseline live in 3–5 months which you can expand over time.

Solution overview

The IGA Starter Package establishes a production-ready Identity Governance & Administration baseline within a defined, fixed-price scope. Standard processes automate identity lifecycle management, provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests and approvals. The package connects one authoritative source to one standard target system and includes reporting, documentation and administrative handover. You can extend the baseline as your system landscape and governance requirements develop.

Your business needs

Establish identity governance within a defined first scope

Manual administration

Provisioning, access changes and offboarding rely on service desk requests, scripts or spreadsheets. This increases administrative work and the risk of inconsistent access.

Limited traceability

Disconnected approvals and lifecycle processes make it difficult to show who has access, why it was granted and whether it was removed when no longer needed.

Complex implementation

Trying to address every system, role and exception at once increases scope, customization and dependencies before your organization has a working governance baseline.

Who this is for

A controlled starting point for your IGA program

For organizations introducing identity governance or replacing fragmented, manual IAM processes. The package is designed for teams ready to adopt standard workflows and extend the solution in phases.

CISO / CIO

A defined implementation scope and fixed-price model provide clear expectations for the first stage of your IGA program.

IAM owners / IT operations

Standard lifecycle processes, provisioning and access workflows reduce manual administration and establish a foundation for further development.

HR / Application and Resource Owners

Defined responsibilities for identity data and access decisions, supported by agreed processes and traceable approvals.

Our deliverables

A working foundation for your identity governance

The package establishes the agreed IGA baseline using standard processes and integrations. Scope is confirmed during solution design. Additional requirements are handled separately through change management or later phases.

  • Project management and solution design — Project setup, planning and coordination, with agreed responsibilities, documented requirements and solution design workshops. Scope is approved before Build begins.
  • Source and target integration — One authoritative master data source connected to one standard target system, including the identity data, account information and standard attributes defined in the agreed scope.
  • Access requests and approvals — Standard workflows for requesting and approving access, with simple delegation and standard governance policies.
  • Testing and go-live — SECURIX unit testing, connector and standard workflow validation, smoke testing, production deployment support and limited hypercare for standard functionality.
  • Platform and environments — Development, test and production environments configured for the agreed implementation.
  • Identity lifecycle management — Standardised joiner-mover-leaver processes with provisioning, de-provisioning and the agreed birthright access.
  • Reporting and traceability — Standard reports and traceable workflows supporting governance, operational visibility and audit readiness.
  • Documentation and handover — Technical documentation, administrative handover and administrator training within the agreed scope.

  • Custom development
  • Additional integrations
  • Legacy migration
  • Custom role model development
  • System integration testing and customer testing
  • Ongoing services

How we deliver

From agreed scope to production go-live

  1. We confirm readiness, responsibilities and scope. Solution design workshops define requirements, lifecycle processes and integrations. The solution design is approved before Build begins.

  2. We establish the environments, configure source and target integrations, and implement standard lifecycle, governance and reporting capabilities. This phase includes the agreed testing and documentation.

  3. We complete the initial load and customer acceptance, support production go-live and provide limited hypercare. We hand over the solution and agree on any separately scoped support or further development.

The target go-live is approximately three to five months, subject to the agreed scope, data quality, system readiness, stakeholder availability and customer responsibilities.

Omada baseline

A defined first scope with room to grow

The Omada baseline uses Omada Identity Cloud and standard Identity PROCESS+ processes. It connects one authoritative source to one standard target system. Further integrations and capabilities can be added through separately agreed scope.

Authoritative source

SAP SuccessFactors provides employee master and organizational data for internal employees.

Target system

Microsoft Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID is the target for standard account provisioning and de-provisioning.

Standard processes

Joiner, Mover and Leaver workflows, access requests, approvals and standard birthright assignments establish the operational baseline.

Further development

Additional systems, advanced governance, roles and customer-specific requirements can follow in separately scoped phases.
